What counts as an active store?
Each Shopify store or WooCommerce site you've connected, whether you're running a dev theme, tracking its live theme, or both. Pause a store to free up a slot. Nothing is deleted.
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes. Pro and Agency start with a 14-day free trial with full access, and you won't need a card to start it.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Clients open previews and leave feedback from a shared link.
What happens if I downgrade?
Stores beyond your new plan's limit are paused, not deleted. You choose which ones stay active.
Where does my theme code live?
In a git repo you own, as standard theme files. The client sees the preview, not your repo.
Why do performance audits have a daily limit?
Audits use Google's PageSpeed service, which has a shared daily allowance. Add your own free Google API key in settings and the limit goes away.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your billing settings. Your repo and its history stay yours.
